REDARC are an advanced manufacturer specialising in the production of Power Electronics. We are looking for enthusiastic, highly motivated individuals to work at the heart of our business as an Electronics Assembler.
As a full-time employee, your responsibilities will include:
Making components and assemble products in accordance with work instructions
Get involved all areas of production from PCB Loading through to Final testing on an as-required basis
Assisting with material selection and handling
Conducting in-process inspections as instructed
Participating in continuous improvement groups
About you
Experience in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail
Soldering experience an advantage
Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach
Initiative and drive
Team player
