Electronics Engineer - Design

EQSS is in the immediate market for additional Electronics Engineers to supplement our existing design team in Melbourne's South East. 

EQSS is a leading provider of electronic based guarding to the safety industry in Australia.

The position would entail:

• Embedded Electronics Hardware and Software Design.
• Product testing.
• Project Documentation.

To be successful in this role you would need:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• A commitment to excellence.
• Good interpersonal & communications skills.
• The ability to work autonomously as well as within team environments.
• A flexible and "can do" attitude.
• A demonstrable understanding of embedded system architecture, sensors and peripherals.

Experience in the following would be beneficial in your application:

• C, C++ programming.
• Lua.
• QT Framework.
• Linux.
• Altium Designer.
• Testing / debugging using Jtag and electronics measurement equipment.
• General knowledge of Analog Design.
