What you’ll be doing: As a licensed expert in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, you will play a key role in our installation team expansion. Your day to day involves managing installations onsite. We assist homes in transitioning from gas ducted heating to electric heating and cooling. We install ducted electric heating and cooling systems as well as multi head and VRF systems.

WHAT YOU NEED:
- Have experience in carrying out installations of VRF, multihead and ducted systems.
- Current ARC License
- Problem-solving
- Ability to work within a team
- Leadership skills to guide and develop a team.
- Physical stamina
{BONUS $500 for bringing in referrals who work hard and fit the culture of the metro team.}
