Job Description
Applicants are invited for the position of Email Marketing Coordinator. As Email Marketing Coordinator you will be a core part of Booklover loyalty team, you will develop loyalty and marketing campaigns, primarily for email and SMS. You will find the right balance of revenue, business needs and customer experience.
Desired Skills and Experience
To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Previous marketing & campaign experience with a loyalty program.
- Experience using marketing platforms like Emarsys (or similar) and CMSs.
- Experience using Loyalty platforms, and Adobe creative products (Photoshop, Indesign, Lightroom)
- Demonstrate an understanding of the best practices for email communications.
- Proficiency in using data sets in obtaining valuable data insights.
- Understanding Spam and Privacy compliance.
- Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Effective attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
