The Role: Embedded Software Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Innovate: Develop and maintain Embedded Software using C, breathing life into cutting-edge technologies.
• Solve: Uncover the mysteries of Embedded Software, including debugging and fault finding.
• Connect: Craft communication interfaces (Ethernet, CAN, Serial) that keep industries running seamlessly.

About You:

• Education: Hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering or equivalent, as a foundation for your journey.
• Experience: Flaunt your firmware development expertise with a minimum of 1+ year experience.
• Code: Boast a strong grasp of Embedded Software development, turning ideas into functional reality.
• Communication: Your communication, organisational, and documentation skills set you apart.
• Team Spirit: Collaboration is your middle name - you thrive as an integral part of a successful team.

Desirable:

• Experience with Functional Safety SIL1, SIL2 rated software and the IEC61508 product development process is advantageous. (IEC61508 or similar)
• You have experience in writing software for real-time and distributed systems.
• Experience with FPGA programming. You're one step ahead in this game-changing field.
• You are comfortable with reading electrical schematics and datasheets.
