Cnc Machinist

Are you an experienced CNC Machinist looking for a new opportunity? Join our team in a leading company within the Mining and Civil construction industry.To excel in this position, it is imperative that you possess prior experience along with verifiable qualifications, skills and experience,Scope:To operate CNC vertical milling machine, Lathe and carry out minor component repairs.Relationships and Authority:

• Report to: Workshop Leading hand and site Manager
• Liaise with: Manager, Planner, Admin & all staff.
• External contacts: Customers from time to time

• Ensure work is carried out in a safe manner in a team environment.
• Operate CNC Machinery on a day-to-day basis - Fanuc, Siemens & Okuma OSP
• Implement continuous improvement in processes, systems, and safety procedures.
• Work closely with Leading hand to meet customer service expectations.
• Provide relevant feedback to the Leading hand and site Manager for continuous product improvement.
• Adhere to OH&S and Environmental policy and procedures.
• Perform relevant work tasks as directed by the workshop Leading hand.
