An opportunity now exists for a Workforce Planning Analyst to join us. You'll support our Customer Service Centre and other operational teams and be responsible for medium to short-term forecasting resourcing requirements across normal BAU and critical business sporting events. Specifically, you will
- provide optimal Workforce Planning for various contact channels and ensure flawless delivery of customer service;
- complete all rostering requirements including creating and optimising business rules and policies;
- analyze real-time data and raise anomalies to minimize customer impact, while assisting in short-term forecasting and scheduling.
- utilize data-driven analysis to make recommendations for workforce management strategies, improve customer experience and control labour costs;
- conduct forecast / outlook meetings with stakeholders and provide insights and recommendations for decision making;
- support the quarterly business review planning cycle to continually transform and improve the workforce and operating model;
- partner with stakeholders to transition new projects and campaigns seamlessly; and
- administer and maintain Workforce Planning systems.
About YouAs a
Workforce Planning Analyst, you'll have proven experience in a high-volume OMI channel contact centre environment. You'll also possess
- comprehensive and contemporary knowledge in Workforce Planning principals and systems, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, time and attendance, utilisation, productivity, shrinkage, workforce analytics and relevant industrial awards and instruments
- proven analytical, reporting and data management capability with ability to interpret and action-plan results;
- advanced Excel and Data manipulation skills;
- demonstrated problem solving, planning and prioritisation skills;
- a strong customer centric mindset; and
- outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills which you use to engage, influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
