St John Ambulance Australia (NT) Inc. (St John NT) is the Territory’s leading provider in emergency medical response and preparedness. We have a mission to save lives and build community resilience to improve the safety and healthcare for all Territorians. Under contract to the Northern Territory Government, we deliver pre-hospital care and ambulance services including coordination of emergency medical responses to major events and emergency incidents across the Northern Territory.
Position Overview:
This role provides strategic oversight of Ambulance Emergency Communication Centres Territory wide and ensures communications infrastructure, information and reporting systems meet the demands of the Ambulance Service into the future. The ECS Manager will build and maintain effective relationships with allied health services and other key stakeholders.
The Emergency Communications & Systems Manager will contribute to the promotion and provision of effective leadership, vision, and strategic initiatives to ensure quality service delivery and patient outcomes for Ambulance Operations.

to lead and deliver strategic direction to our Ambulance Emergency Communication and operational system teams.
Provide professional leadership and performance feedback to the ECC leadership group.
Ensure effective management of resources, including staff, facilities, equipment and training.
Offer strategic oversight of ambulance operational information, data and systems top support service delivery management and planning.
Build and maintain effective relationships with allied services and key stakeholders.

Competitive salary $170,000 – 175,000 plus Salary Packaging of $18,549 and 11% Superannuation.
