Emergency Department Nurse | Remote Western Australia

Curis Recruitment is proud to partner with this fantastic Western Australian hospital to help them find a Emergency Department Nurse to join their team on a casual agency basis.
Job Details

• Commencing February or March
• Agency contract 4 weeks up to 12 weeks available
• Fully furnished housing provided
• Return travel provided
• $60.59 per hour base salary (RN 1.8 level) for AM shift plus penalties for other shifts, overtime etc plus 11% superannuation
• Must have good Emergency Department experience as well as some experience in inpatient nursing
• Uniform provided

This is perfect for you if you are an experienced Emergency Department Nurse ready for a change and wanting to experience what it's like to work in a remote area! Perfect if you want a taste for remote area nursing before committing to a longer term or permanent contract.
You will be working in this regional hospital where there is a small Emergency Department as well as aged care and general inpatient.
You will be living in a remote area which is a five and a half hour drive from the coastal area of Geraldton in the Midwest of Western Australia.
The town has an airport and a population of approximately 708 people. The town is a major supply centre for the mining area of the region.
To be eligible for this position you must:

• Have a minimum of twelve months ED experience
• Strong general nursing experience
• Have ED Triage certification and ALS ideally
• Have AHPRA registration with no restrictions
