We are currently looking for experienced Medical Emergency Officers for 8/6,7/7 casual relief and ongoing roles. Start dates ranging from Iimmediate to pre planned work. As an FSA MESO you will be responsible for providing Emergency Response and medical treatment services. and also sharing your knowledge with client ERT teams. You will need to be a team player who can respond to all emergencies, work autonomously and lead Emergency Response training. Roles are primarily located in the Pilbara, FIFO from Perth.
Fixed Term and Casual relief roles are on offer. Super is paid on all hours along with free training for career growth after 3 months.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Certificate III in Mine Emergency Response and Rescue - Including Vertical and Confined Space Rescue
- Minimum of Cert IV Health Care (Ambulance) HLT41115 or higher
- Current Collect Specimens
- Current nationally accredited qualification to Operate and maintain a 4WD.
- Current MR/HR Drivers Licence
- White Card
- Current AIIMS or other Incident control nationally accredited training (Desirable)
- Certificate IV in Emergency Response Coordination or higher (Not Essential)
- Current Police Clearance (No older than a year)
- Ability to work solo with a minimum of 2 year's experience on a mine site in a similar role
- Willing to undertake FSA VOC assessment
