This position presents a great career opening to enter the charitable sector.Responsibilities:· Assist with community event coordination· Keep accurate records of supporter details using Raiser’s Edge CRM· Be the first point of contact for corporate and community enquiries over the phone and via email· Liaise with suppliers, contractors, volunteers and supporters in a friendly and professional manner both over the phone and by email· Manage travel arrangements and bookings· Organise event marketing material, inventory, carry out admin and reporting· Work as part of a small close-knit proactive teamKey Criteria:· At least 3 years of office administration experience· Digital savvy and CRM skills essential· Some exposure or interest in event coordination highly regarded· Enthusiastic relationship builder with excellent telephone manner· A team player, self-motivated, willingness to learn new skills· Driving licence and be prepared to support at community events outside of office hours· Proactive, interest in meaningful work and making a differenceGreat place to work!
