You'll have the opportunity to implement a person-centred approach that promotes wellness and engagement while ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and optimising AN-ACC funding.Who We're Looking For:Our ideal candidate is a registered Nurse Practitioner with previous experience in a similar role. You should be confident in supporting individuals with complex chronic health conditions and have a proven track record of building effective relationships and providing professional leadership to clinical, lifestyle, and Allied Health team members.
