What you will be doing
You will be working in our busy Rosebud Emergency Department and Short stay ward providing administration support to our clinical team.
You will be located at the front of house reception and our Short stay ward offering exemplary customer service skills at all times.
What you need
You will need to have and show attention to detail and be able to work in a faced paced environment. You will need to be able to work in a team environment but also independently. You must be able to work all shifts during a 24 hour period and weekends.
We anticipate you will have:
Medical terminology
IPM experience.
Customer service experience in a Medical Administration environment.
Experience using First Net (desirable).

Please refer to salary circular for Victorian Public Health Sector (Health & Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers) Single Interest Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
This role must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 and meet the requirements of the Peninsula Health immunisation policy.
