Our Sales Consultant role is your ticket into the biggest and best property agency in Inner Melbourne. With our parent company being Central Equity, one of the largest developers in Melbourne.

What is our database and leads like?
Our huge team manage nearly 8,000 rental properties predominantly in Southbank and the CBD, and with nearly 28,000 active clients on our database, there will always be someone to call.

In fact, our sales managers feed our Sales Consultants the leads and actually support them in the process and yes you will find that your fellow Sales Consultants will help and guide you as well. It is a great, fun and exciting workplace to be part of.
Hours that suit you
Not a morning person? No problem. Just get the work done like a star and you can choose your own days and hours.
Less travel time
Some Sales Consultants spend half their day stuck in traffic. Not us, though. All our properties are high-rise residential towers in Southbank and the CBD and surrounds, so you’ll spend less time on the road.

A BIT MORE ABOUT THE JOB
Here are the main things you’ll be doing in this role:
  • Managing sales leads
  • Maintaining client databases
  • Keeping a pipeline of deals flowing
  • Liaising with vendors and buyers
  • Liaising with the marketing and admin teams
  • Conducting residential inspections.
  • Completing market appraisals and sales
To be considered you will have;
  • Agents Representative Certificate
  • Ability to work Saturdays with your own reliable car and drivers licence
  • Self motivated with a desire to succeed
  • Outstanding relationship building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professionally presented with a strong customer service ethos
  • Positive Attitude
  • and above all, a passion for all things property and committed to a long term career in property sales.
