Brambles is currently seeking an Emissions Reporting Manager to join the Global Team. The role will be required to support the preparation of monthly Green House Gas Emissions reporting for Scope 1, 2 and 3 Emissions. This reporting is critical to enable compliance with the new IFRS S2 Standard.
Key Accountabilities:
- Work with the Global Sustainability Reporting Manager to deliver monthly Emissions Reporting.
- Prepare robust, easy-to-understand and globally aligned emissions calculations.
- Ensure data integrity.• Become a subject matter expert in global Emissions Reporting.
- Perform data analysis against business performance.
- Develop global emissions dashboards for use by internal teams to manage progress against targets.
- Provide support during the half yearly assurance process by coordinating the collection of supporting data selected for detailed review.
- Provide emissions data as needed to enable completion of surveys (e.g., CDP Survey, DJSI Indices etc)
- Collaborate with the Global Decarbonisation team to support them with their reporting needs.
- Support the Global Sustainability Reporting Manager with the implementation of the selected Sustainability Reporting solution
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed Bachelor's Degree
- Finance Qualification (CPA, CA or equivalent)
- Experience working as part of a high performing team with tight deadlines and a focus on accurate reporting.
- Collaboration with a wide range of stake holders
Skills & Knowledge:
- The ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Strong Excel skills including Power Query.
- Power BI skills highly regarded.
- Technical agility.
- Ability to gain commitment from multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable, highly organised, and detailed-oriented.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a virtual team.
