Join our dynamic team as the Operational Support and Reporting Manager!
As a key liaison between operations, finance, and rostering, you'll ensure top-notch resident care while maximizing efficiency.
Reporting to the National Executive Advisor – Aged Care, you'll play a crucial role in developing and delivering on initiatives that stay ahead of compliance changes and Reporting requirements.
Your role will be pivotal in crafting insightful reports, overseeing workforce governance, and adapting to shifts in occupancy and care metrics to ensure that we drive operational effectiveness.
The Operational Support and Reporting Manager will maintain an effective working knowledge of the Aged Care Regulatory and funding environment in order to assist the organisation to plan for key changes and meet regulations.
Your main duties will include:
- Auditing of master roster variations and impact on Department of Health and Aged Care (DOHAC) Target Minute compliance and workforce models, funding and budgets
- Assess FTE impact of DOHAC Target Minutes and facilitate workforce review with General Managers and operations and the National Executive Advisor – Aged Care
- Review Aged Care Quarterly Financial Reporting data and liaise with finance and data teams as required, to gain required approvals and sign off
- Monitor roster health of Homes through dashboards and proactively supporting the Home Managers and Roster Support Teams
- Provide advice and strategic insights to National Executive Advisor Aged Care for operational delivery
- Ensure effective documentation and Reporting is completed to allow financial assessment and forecast of operational impacts to ensure ongoing sustainability.
- Develop knowledge material and provide training to required team members and stakeholders on processes and services developed.
About you
Required
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience as in analyst/reporting position, supporting the delivery of strategic/operational programs.
- Demonstrated record of achievement in leading problem definition and business analysis components of projects and programs, and creation of clearly understood artefacts/documents.
- Excellent, demonstrable data analysis and insights generation skills, and the ability to communicate these effectively to business stakeholders.
- Extremely resilient to operating in a matrix style organisation and comfortable with driving action through influencing senior leaders and other parts of the business.

Desirable
- Experience working in the Health Care industry (Residential Aged Care, Community Care, Virtual Care, and/or Hospital and Clinical segments)
- Well-developed knowledge and understanding of current issues and developments impacting on delivery of health services.
Experience working in programs or projects that incorporate service design, policy change and technology implementation - Relevant Business and/or IT Tertiary qualifications.
- Agile Scrum Master and Business Analysis qualifications
