About the Assignment
Reporting to the Senior Manager People Services and operating from Santos' global headquarters in Adelaide, you will drive strategic deliverables, influence outcomes, and leverage data to drive value adding decision making .
This impactful role will shape the future of People and Culture document and Information Management at Santos
Key responsibilities will include:
- Scoping, management and delivery of frameworks and projects focused on the
- refresh of Employee Data and information principles
- development of a People and Culture document & Information Management strategy,
- digitisation of employee files and records
- establishing a framework for maintaining key people related resources and information
- building of knowledge management databases. ,
- Influencing a customer-centric approach to strategic and operational changes in P&C data management, processes and systems
- Establishing world class data and Information Management services, by assessing, selecting and implementing HR systems, automations, processes, tools and methodologies which contribute to Santos' strategic outcomes
About You
To be successful in this role you will have the following key attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, HR or related discipline, and/or significant relevant experience. Experience and/or certification in change management, process improvement and/or project management is a distinct advantage
- Highly developed capability in information and/or document management
- Working knowledge of contemporary HR practices and tools including, HRIS systems & data analytics with a preference for Success Factors or SAP. Exposure to Oracle, Chris 21, ECCC6 is advantageous
- Ability to effectively influence in a matrix structure, both in person and remotely
- Commercial competence, problem solving and professional resilience achieving outcomes in ambitious and at time, ambiguous environments.
