In this role, you will be a valued member of the High Performance Culture Squad - a dedicated and collaborative team fostering a vibrant culture and great performance management practices across ANZ. You will help us deliver a superior employee experience at pace, driving a high-performance culture while keeping the bank safe by anticipating and managing risk and regulatory needs.

The key role accountabilities include:
  • Delivering squad priorities focused on embedding and evolving our culture, strategy and frameworks. Examples include:
o Embedding our behaviours: Create Opportunities, Deliver What Matters, Succeed Together – through learning, leadership and team initiatives
o Optimising our performance framework by building people capability in objective setting and alignment, continuous conversations, coaching, feedback and assessment. In FY23 this will include the implementation of the PeopleHub performance module and delivery of the FY23 Performance and Remuneration review.
o Continuously improving employee experience through the design, build and delivery of employee listening solutions, including My Voice, the ANZ 360 and developing metrics and dashboards to measure impact.
  • Managing business and regulatory reporting, including contribution to Executive and Board papers.
  • Working with the squad to gather feedback to inform decision-making and service improvements.
  • Role modelling our behaviours and agile ways of working to deliver superior outcomes as a team.

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

  • Experience in Organisational Development (OD), particularly in the design and implementation of culture, behavioural change and/or performance management frameworks
  • Qualifications in Organisational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Management, Human Behaviour or a related discipline
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders to shape, deliver and measure the success of enterprise level initiatives across businesses and geographies
  • Experience delivering change at scale
  • Understanding of vendor management and partnerships to deliver strategic initiatives
  • Core skills I will bring or grow: systems thinking, business and commercial acumen, problem solving, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, data driven decision making, influencing and relationship building, consulting skills, prioritisation and planning, project management.
