Are you a commercial Cook with experience in Western Cuisine or have worked in western cruise ship, hotels and or fine dining restaurants? We have multiple vacancies available.
To apply you must have:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen
- Experience in a hotel, cruise ship, pub or fine dining restaurants
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven commercial kitchen cooking skills
- Documents to support your visa application (passport, police clearances, employment evidences including reference letters, salary evidences such as pay slips or government contribution records, and school records)
- Candidates must have at least Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate
- Training certificates
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience
- Physically fit
- Compliance of food safety, hygiene, sanitation and occupational health and safety regulations.
- Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment
- Preparing and cooking food
- Seasoning food during cooking
- Portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces, and garnishes
- Storing food in temperature-controlled facilities
- Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements
- May plan menus and estimate food requirements
- May train other kitchen staff and apprentices
