- Tewantin Location - Work Close to Home!
- Monday to Friday (8:30am - 4:00pm)
- Exposure to Local Government Industry
- Casual ongoing, full time hourly basis

A Day in The Life
Your day to day will involve the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Advise leaders on timely, practical ER issues to maintain positive Employee Relationships.
- Manage diverse ER cases, ensuring efficient and professional resolution.
- Ensure ER matters comply with council policies for procedural fairness.
- Coach leaders on ER issues, investigations, compliance, and resolution.
- Liaise with unions and external bodies to manage ER issues.
- Collaborate with the People and Culture team to enhance leaders' and employees' capabilities.
The Ideal Candidate
- Current C Class Driver's Licence
- Degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Employment Relations or related discipline
- Previous procurement experience
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment checks
