Key Responsibilities:- Designing and implementing a comprehensive compliance strategy and framework for Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.
- Providing expert advice and support on compliance concerns related to Employee Relations and industrial relations.
- Offering specialist support to the Employee Relations Consultancy program.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant industrial laws and instruments.
- Conducting audits to identify areas of risk and opportunities for improvement.
- Staying informed about changing legislation and interpreting its impact on operations.
- Collaborating closely with various departments to enhance people practices and mitigate risks.
- Escalating high-risk compliance issues to the ER Manager for investigation and resolution.
- Supporting the development and review of policy and contract templates.
- Fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture aligned with organizational values.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in law, business, human resources, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Employee Relations or HR management.

- Proven experience providing HR advisory support.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to learn new software applications.
