We value our employees' well-being and provide a supportive environment for growth and development.The Role: ER SpecialistAs an ER Specialist at Cleanaway, you will play a pivotal role partnering with HR and the business to provide specialist advice and coaching on a range of ER matters. This role will leverage your deep ER expertise to lead investigations and complex end to end ER cases, and deliver commercial and practical Employee Relations advisory services through best practice approaches.Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a supportive, collaborative and respectful workplace
- Support the delivery of robust enterprise ER frameworks and processes
- Lead complex workplace investigations
- Provide technical expertise to HR and Business leaders in complex ER matters
- Ensure ER practices are compliant with industrial instruments, legislation and regulations
- Proactively support and develop leader capability
- Tertiary qualifications in HR / ER or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience as an ER / IR practitioner
- Experience working in a blue collar and highly unionised environment
- Proven experience managing end to end complex ER matters
- Deeply familiar with, and up to date on, current labour laws, regulations, and best practice ER, ensuring company's Employee Relations practices are effective and remain compliant
- Exposure to formal proceedings involving Employees, FWC, Trade Unions or other external bodies/parties
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
