About the Role
The ORCA Project is seeking additional Employment Coaches to join our team of dedicated and passionate people who want better employment outcomes for young people aged 17 - 21 living with disability.
This role involves workshop facilitation around workskills training for a group of young adults. An Employment Coach assists in the delivery, development and evaluation of our work skills training service.
The ORCA Project utilises a strengths-based perspective to assist participants to meet their identified needs. We believe that each person has unique strengths, skills, challenges, and interests. We do not use a 'one size fits all' approach. Each young person has their own journey and unique pathway towards meaningful work.
We are based in Albany Creek, Indooroopilly and Mansfield.
