We are seeking a motivated Employment Consultant to come and join our Rehab New Employer team.
As an IOH Employment Consultant, you'll be collaborating closely with our Rehabilitation Consultants, supporting workers return to work within our Parramatta and Ashfield offices. Together, we will work towards continuing to consistently achieve success rates well above 70%, a mark that surpasses industry standards.

Our ideal candidate is someone who brings a rich background in employment services, coupled with a strong work ethic and exceptional organizational and communication skills. This role is a gateway to a professional environment where top-quality service to our clients is paramount.
As an Employment Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering meaningful connections between Rehabilitation Consultants, workers, and employers.
Your support will be instrumental in guiding workers back into the workforce.
Our ideal applicant:
- Holds recent experience as an Employment Consultant or a similar role, aiding individuals in securing employment, ideally within fields such as Occupational Rehabilitation, Workforce Australia or DES.
- Applications who possess a background in recruitment, community services, customer relations, or sales, who have a keen interest in the role, are encouraged to apply.
- Displays a strong interest in the position and willingness to learn.
- Boasts a deep understanding of the labour market and the licenses and qualifications required for various jobs.
- Exhibits exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excels in building rapport and maintaining robust relationships with employers, workers, and stakeholders.
- Possesses a confident and outgoing personality, unafraid to take the initiative in introducing our brand to prospective employers.
- Holds a valid driver's license and access to personal transport.
- Presents a current Police Check and Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
