About the role
KEEN is seeking a dynamic person to drive the next stage of growth in Tasmania. We are seeking an individual who brings the skills, motivation and demonstrated capability to change people’s lives through meaningful employment. The role will involve business development, employee management, recruitment, and managing all stakeholder relationships.
Whilst the position location is Launceston, this role can be based anywhere in Tasmania.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Great time management and prioritisation skills.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks.
- Performance management experience.
- Microsoft Office skills.
Desirable:
- Group Training (GTO) Experience.
- Previous experience with managing up to 30 people.
- Experience in large business networks.
- Registered Training Organisation (RTO) experience.
Salary package includes a car and potential bonuses for achievement of key performance indicators (KPI’s). Manager may be required to work outside of normal business hours from time to time.
