Employment law and industrial relations specialist firm has a growth role for a key team member.

Here is an opportunity to become a key team member in this growing specialist firm. You will be encouraged to build relationships with the existing client base - that would rival a mid-tier. Working alongside an ex-top tier Lawyer you will afforded a high level of autonomy, and also a strong degree of support and excellent resources. This firm has smart systems and process allowing for flexible working (days WFH, reduced hours, or whatever is needed).
The firm has a number of junior to intermediate level Lawyers so we are seeking someone comfortable leading by example, and being a touchpoint for the Lawyers' development.
Our client services a range of industries from construction and engineering to different areas of professional services. The firm offers solutions for all Industrial Relations, Employment Law and Work Health and Safety matters. The firm also engages Consultants who specialise in niche areas of Employment Law.
The work mix includes:

• Advisory to litigation;
• Day to day employment advice;
• Enterprise bargaining; and
• Assisting clients with industrial action through to assisting with proceedings in courts and tribunals.
