About the role
Our Brisbane office has an exciting opportunity for a junior Employment Lawyer to join our growing practice.
Moray & Agnew’s Workplace team advises on all aspects of workplace law including unfair or wrongful terminations, human resources matters generally, industrial relations, discrimination, harassment and WH&S. Our practice includes a significant employment practices liability insurance portfolio including indemnity issues under policies of EPL insurance. The practice offers a good spread of front-end and back-end work, making it diverse, engaging and challenging.
We act for major insurers, prominent employers and government organisations which makes for an interesting, varied and demanding practice.
About you
You will have a minimum of 2 years’ generalist employment and workplace experience. Previous experience of working for insurance clients would be an advantage but is not essential.
We act for sophisticated clients so strong drafting and communication skills are essential. You will be well organised and able to work autonomously or in a team.
