Customer Service role based in Botany
This fantastic company who operates within logistics is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented person to join their busy team.
Your new role
Answering calls and responding to emails
Inputting sales orders into the system
Daily order processing
Dealing with customer enquiries
Liaising with transport providers
Provide monthly reports
Processing spare parts orders
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have previous experience in a Customer Service role working within Logistics or the Freight industry as well as have intermediate MS Office skills. Also, you must be able to speak Mandarin or Cantonese.
