We are on the hunt for experienced and energetic candidates for a range of Customer Service positions in Sydney!
Responsibilities may include:
- High-volume inbound and outbound calling
- Troubleshooting client issues over the phone, triaging issues/queries internally
- Working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Customer care and servicing (phone-based or customer facing)
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Energetic and empathetic phone manner
- Experience using online phone tools, CRM, ERP systems (e.g. Salesforce, Zendesk etc)
- Previous experience working towards KPIs/SLAs
