Position will need to travel to Broadmeadows, Craigieburn, Coburg & Sunbury as well as on the job support as required by participants needs.
Who we’re looking for to join our team
The ESC will be required to deliver a high level of customer service through an account management model. As the ESC, you are the localised point of contact of all established and new employer relationships and will drive the marketing of our employment services and participants to employers.
What we'll want you to do:
- Help participants adjust well to their new job and fit in with the workplace.
- Provide great customer service to employees and participants.
- Assess outcome eligibility and collect documentary evidence for claims
- Negotiate and follow up wage subsidies due for payment
- Liaise with site staff on risk placements to rescue placements or create new vacancies
