Reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll be entrusted to drive real impact with your inspiring hands-on and innovative approach in achieving client choice, empowerment, and goals. You will thrive with your expertise in delivering School Leaver Employment Support (SLES) which supports young adults with a disability to build on new and existing employability skills to successfully enter the workforce.

- You have the demonstrated ability to engage, communicate and build partnerships with a diverse range of people
- You have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- You have developed and delivered Training solutions to a diverse range of clients
- Completed or willing to obtain a Certificate IV Training and Assessment
