Join Deloitte's internal Finance Team which supports the financial performance and position of the firm. It is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working in a national finance team that supports a partnership that generates over $2billion in revenue. This team is fast paced, innovative and forward thinking. What's more? As a Graduate within Business Finance you will leverage your commercial acumen to provide value-add support and we'll guide, mentor and support you through the Chartered Accountants program.

We are currently recruiting into the below two teams:

Business Finance: The role requires the ability to work collegiately within a team, to work to strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities. You will get involved with, preparation and analysis of weekly and monthly results, month-end processes including reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and assist Business Finance managers with forecasting and strategic projects.

Business Finance Accounting & Reporting: Reporting to the FP&A Manager you will be involved in the whole of firm reporting, including local and overseas; provide support and perform analysis on financial information; involvement in planning activities; and involvement in finance led projects. You will be exposed to a wide variety of systems including SAP, Anaplan, Tableau and Power BI; you will build your knowledge of professional services firms; and learn new technical skills.

You describe yourself as diligent, meticulous and a natural problem-solver. You'll also be:

  • Studying a degree in Commerce/Accounting with eligibility for the Chartered Accountants (CA) Program
  • A good communicator, and confident working with executive stakeholders
  • An aspiring accountant with excellent attention to detail and ability to provide timely and accurate information
  • Completing your studies in 2024 or recently graduated
