Enablon Product Specialist – Health Safety, Environment and Security (HSES) Transformation & Projects

About the role
In 2023, we start the staged global rollout of Enablon, a world leading HSE management software solution which will support our refreshed and re-designed HSES business processes.
We are looking for a Business Analyst/Product Owner with generalist HSES experience to perform the role of our Enablon Product Specialist. In this role you will guide users in the use of Enablon as well as lead user engagement in the design of continuous improvement initiatives. You will also support the build and deployment project as well as play a key role in the business-as-usual operation and continuous improvement of Enablon.
This is a great opportunity to influence the way we use Enablon in HSES business processes and to collaborate on the design and continuous improvement of the Enablon product within our new HSES business platform. Working in a collaborative cross functional team, operating in a safe, challenging, and exciting environment, you will:
Lead Enablon improvement initiatives, engaging with stakeholders to refine, groom and recommend product backlog prioritisation
Manage end to end solution design and system workflows supported by feature and user story mapping
Provide guidance and decision support to the support, build and operate team members.
Recommend solution improvements and enhancement and establish prioritisation of the same.
Act as a liaison between key process design and business stakeholders including ends-users, Product Group Representatives and HSES subject matter experts.

Demonstrated experience placing the end-users and customers at the heart of solution design.
Experience operating in a technology product governance framework, establishing priorities, grooming product backlog and verifying value delivery.
An appetite for discovery and a desire to simplify
An ability to understand the complexity of the environment and create the necessary connections to navigate toward workable solutions
Minimum 3-5 years’ business analyst experience preferably working in cross-functional and virtual teams, ideally with experience in the health, safety, compliance/ assurance functional domains.
Minimum 3-5 years’ functional experience with Enablon EHS, Operational Excellence and GRC modules would be an advantage.
