End User Compute (EUC) Lead

- Define, develop, and maintain the EUC vision and roadmap ensuring alignment to Silverchain's digital program. Develop ongoing management of an EUC operating model, including policies, processes, standards, guidelines, and knowledge in support of key business outcomes.
- Actively enable the service desk with shift left thinking by ensuring that coaching, training and delivering knowledge programs are facilitated in order to provide excellent end-user experience and high percentage first time resolution.
- Maintain enterprise standard operating environment (SOE) and deployment tools and processes for all endpoints where applicable.
- Innovate and drive continuous improvement to align to the strategic goals of the Digital and Organisational Strategy.
- Perform on-call out of hours support as per roster.
- Ensuring Information security and privacy are considered across all aspects of EUC.
- Maintain asset and lifecycle management of all enterprise endpoints.
- Proactively manage vendors, collaborate with procurement, participate in vendor, product evaluation and selection for technologies.
- A degree qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline is desirable.
- ITIL Foundations - Minimum.
- Experience/ qualifications in UEM/ MDM (VMWare Workspace ONE preferred).
- Experience/ qualifications in a Windows EUC environment (WIN10/11, Intune, SCCM, O365).
- Experience with Android and iOS devices and configuration.
- Experience in Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) at an enterprise level.
- Experience in Samsung Knox platform for enterprise.
- Experience with supporting Printers, Digital Signage and Video conferencing systems (Poly preferred).
- Proven financial acumen, budget planning and management.
- Demonstrated effective stakeholder engagement and management skills, including vendors and internal customers.
- Values led, professional, safe and supportive leadership and highly collaborative.
- Proven highly developed communication skills, including listening, questioning, verbal and written, with the ability to explain technology services, hardware, software and infrastructure requirements in business terms.
- Leadership experience and skills to support, guide and lead a team split across multiple states
