- Provide general administrative support including diary management, travel bookings, uniform/PPE ordering, records and file management, setting up supplier contracts in systems, and payment of invoices.
- Submit timesheets to payroll on behalf of workers.
- Support the operation by ensuring all motor vehicles are booked in for servicing and repairs, reconcile fuel and sand deliveries, ensure staff have appropriate inductions to customer sites, and complete regular stocktakes of inventory.
- Monitor and report on online training requirements for the Bulk Logistics team
- Organise necessary repairs or maintenance to Plant and Equipment that may be required on a routine and/or emergency basis.
- Coordinate meetings and functions including room bookings, equipment bookings, supporting video conferencing, sending meeting requests and agendas
- Arrange catering if required, taking meeting minutes and action items.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs and SAP to enhance administrative support.
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience (preferred).
- High level of interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, written and oral communication skills with a strong focus and proven ability in the management of matters of a confidential and sensitive nature.
- High level of organisational, problem solving and decision-making skills, as well as skills in business process improvement.
- Previous experience within the port logistics or mining industry will be highly regarded.
