An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a new service at Western Health. This position will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Director of Operations and Operations Manager for Custodial Health. You will provide high level administrative and Personal Assistant support. You will be highly organised with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and you will enjoy working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.This role forms part of Western Health’s multidisciplinary Custodial Health team that is responsible for the provision of primary healthcare at Dame Phyllis Frost Centre (DPFC), a maximum security women’s prison. On 1 July, 2023 the delivery of primary healthcare will transition from the current service provider to Western Health. The multidisciplinary team will provide holistic and interconnected service provision to prisoner’s at DPFC.Ideally, you will have previous experience in effective meeting agenda preparation and minute taking with excellent attention to detail. You will have highly developed organisational, time management and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to prioritise tasks and work under minimal supervision.
