The Facility Manager has been making positive changes to this already high functioning aged care facility, as well as a multi-million dollar government expansion on the facility. Working alongside the CCM and CCC and you will be working with a team of highly dedicated and ethical health professionals. This organisation needs a focused Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to improve the lives of their residents.

Working within a team of healthcare professionals you will provide nursing support in a safe and compassionate way to residents. To be successful, a background aged care is essential and experience in leading a team of nurses is highly regarded, you will ideally have 2+ years nursing experience. This organisation has established a quality framework and specialist care program that falls in line with quality care for residents.

Person centred care will be in the forefront of your mind and looking after the residents from an individualist perspective to ensure that clinical care needs are managed and communicated in a professional and efficient manner.

Profile

• AHPRA Registration (essential)
• Knowledge of the sector across residential and/or community aged care
• Previous nursing experience
• Be a Permanent Resident or Australian citizen
• Drivers Licence
• Up to date immunisation records
• Valid Police Check (or eligible to apply)
• Friendly, approachable and professional manner
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously
