Help us promote Energy Efficiency awareness and aim towards net zero on all our infrastructure assets.

With an engineering background, being analytical-minded, and having experience in data collection and effective problem solving, your motivation will be analysing systems and determining better methods of how we operate which will make positive impact on our energy use.

You are confident with data systems and have experience using data to support improvement initiatives through monitoring and reporting and root cause analysis.

You have experience in planning and progressing work activities, using initiative and judgement to deliver outcomes.

You use your organisational skills and attention to detail to pick up new systems quickly and will be comfortable sharing your knowledge of assessment process to other business units.

You will feel welcomed from the get-go and have unconditional support from your Lead.

This team will lead Energy Efficiency assessments to monitor Energy Efficiency throughout the Corporation.

Together, you will use your assessments to investigate opportunities to improve efficiency and support the implementation of those initiatives. You will report on the Energy Efficiency of existing assets and the pipeline and progress of Energy Efficiency Opportunities.

Aside from having a vital role with such positive purpose, we can offer you the following:

·         Flexible work/working from home days.

·         While full-time employment is preferred, we will consider permanent part-time 0.80 FTE.

·         3% annual salary increase (as per our current Enterprise Agreement).

·         Superannuation Co-Contribution scheme available in addition to the base requirement. Water Corporation will make an additional 2% contribution when you elect to salary sacrifice 2% to your super.

·         Annual leave loading 17.5%.

·         You may access your long service leave (pro-rata) after 3 years of continuous service.

·         2 Wellbeing leave days after each year of continuous service.

·         24th December leave.

·         Novated lease.

Ideally, you will possess:

Tertiary level qualification and experience in data collection and analysis involving electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and instrumentations systems.
