THE ROLE
Bridgeford Group is looking for an Energy Engineer (1-3 years) to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting directly to one of our Senior Engineers, you will manage your own projects and help grow our engineering capability. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a mark, influence the company's direction and growth, You will need to attend client sites across Melbourne and Australia, maintain and build exceptional client relationships, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
ABOUT YOU
If you're a self-starter who gets things done and is ready to advance your engineering career, this role is for you! The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and adaptability. A consulting background with a minimum of 3 years' experience is required. Experience in health, critical infrastructure, education, water, or commercial environments is highly desirable.
DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND REQUIREMENTS
- Lead your own Energy Engineering projects
- Pathway to future Discipline Lead
- Tertiary qualified (Bachelor's degree minimum) in Electrical, Renewable Energy, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or similar
- 1-3 years of experience
- CEM, CEES, CMVP certifications desirable
- Excellent client relationship and written communication skills
- Strong time management and project skills
- Experience and existing relationships within hospitals, education, critical infrastructure desirable
