Quickly becoming a leader in its field, the Company has gone from strength to strength and experiencing rapid growth. Because of this we are looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer to join the Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing Desktop Support
- Offering G-suite support
- Providing desk phone and softphone support for different PBX providers
- Addressing known issues with Mac OS
- Offering support for Google Apps and Office365
- Providing ChromeOS Desktop Support
- Offering Remote Support
- Troubleshooting Windows issues, desktop applications installation, and troubleshooting
- Providing security support and troubleshooting
- Detailed incident logging, tracking, and reporting on user tickets, overall ticket management using Jira Service Desk Help Ticketing Software
- Providing 1st and 2nd Level support - troubleshooting IT-related problems from in-house software to hardware, such as Smartphones, Laptops, PCs, and Printers
- Maintaining company hardware inventory
- Participating in the staff onboarding and offboarding processes
