About the role
You will be focusing on complex and high-profile transactions in the mining, oil, gas, and energy sectors. The role primarily involves supporting two leading experts in these sectors.
About you:

• You will be an experienced Energy & Resources Senior Lawyer (4+ PQE); with
• Experience in a wide array of commercial transactions, particularly in project development and M&A, from a reputable international or Australian law firm;
• Advanced analytical abilities and communication skills, both written and oral;
• The capability to establish a professional reputation and internal networks; and
• Strong academic transcript.
