Our role:
The Engagement Manager reports to the Regional Services Director and is accountable for delivering projects, building B2B relationships, driving revenue and customer success initiatives for great business outcomes..
What your day will look like:
Delivering Outcomes - Responsible for delivering successful outcomes of engagements using Objective's Project Management Methodology with strong project controls and implementation disciplines to minimize project risk.
Customer Success - Partner with the Account team to drive customer success, leveraging new technologies and processes through projects and strategic initiatives to increase customer engagement and advocacy of Objective's products and services.
Team Management/Leadership – Manage and motivate the team, setting work assignments, appraising consultants' delivery, and assisting with staff recruitment in line with regional growth. Develop staff through aligning career paths with business outcomes.
Contribution to Global Initiatives - Contribute to global initiatives through improving Objective's methodology and promoting best practices in cooperation with the Global Project Management Office.
Selling - Sell and deliver services that enhance customer success, collaborating with the Account team and contributing to growth by working on tenders and presales activities.
Regional Operations -Support regional operations by managing resources, providing inputs for revenue/costs forecasting, budgeting/planning, and relevant innovation programs.
What skills you will need:
Software industry experience
Proven track record of delivering outstanding results with enterprise customers, providing positive ROI and outcomes
Strong consulting experience in product background and end-to-end consulting process
Formal project management and implementation methodologies and processes experience, PRINCE2/PMBOK accreditation preferred
Ability to conceptualize solutions at a big-picture level while being hands-on
Strong understanding of sales process, ability to engage with senior management
Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
Demonstrated people management skills in high-performing environments
