About the Procurement & Supply Chain Optimisation Portfolio:
The Procurement & Supply Chain Optimisation (P&SCO) Portfolio builds on the foundational work undertaken in response to the COVID-19 pandemic to drive operational enhancements and realise further Queensland Health system-wide benefits. The P&SCO Portfolio is a time-limited, temporary work program, currently consisting of three program workstreams, designed to improve procurement and supply chain operations across Queensland Health.
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in leading significant or complex project-based engagements, within a large, diverse organisation.
- Demonstrated high-level oral and written communication skills with proven experience facilitating and negotiating with a wide range of stakeholders in an influential confident and professional manner.
- High-level analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in a communication and/or project management context, supported by excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to plan and manage the delivery of numerous competing priorities.
- Proven ability to guide, educate and support senior leadership and line managers to lead change programs, engage employees and achieve key objectives.
