Role:Regional Sales Manager
Remuneration: $90000-$160000 salary + commission
Location: Applicants/residents of Queensland will be considered, positions are available in the following regions;
- North Queensland – Townsville, Cairns
- South East Queensland – Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Gympie, Bundaberg
- Southern Bowen Basin – Rockhampton, Gladstone
- North Western region – Mount Isa, Cloncurry

Role
We’re looking for a skilled sales professional who can develop new business within the mining, quarrying, earthmoving and construction industries. Our ideal candidate:
- Has knowledge or experience in Ground Engaging Tools and earthmoving parts (essential).
- Boasts proven sales experience in the industry with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Maintains an existing network/customer base within the industry.
- Demonstrates sound business acumen.
- Excels in communication and building relationships.
- Can independently manage time and responsibilities effectively.
- Has strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Is willing to travel within Queensland.
- Has no trade restrictions.
- Holds a current Australian Driver's Licence (Open).
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development – Identify and secure new sales opportunities, developing lasting relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Market Research – Analyse market trends to identify potential customers and understand competitor strategies, using this insight to craft compelling sales approaches.
- Product Expertise – Gain comprehensive knowledge of our products to effectively communicate their benefits and features.
- Customer Management – Deliver outstanding service, respond to enquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
