The Role- Permanent full-time position based in Nuriootpa
- 75 hours per fortnight (Mon-Fri)
- Provide practical support and information for individuals and their families living with severe and persistent mental illness.
- Help consumers achieve their goals and maximise their individual engagement through connection with a range of services and supports.
- Coordinate services and supports which will include building relationships and working collaboratively with existing services in the community, communicating ideas and information and using problem solving skills.
- Completed or working towards Cert IV in Mental Health / Disability Studies or equivalent.
- Police clearance, Working with Children check, NDIS worker check and a valid SA driving licence are requirements of this role.

- Salary range: $75,401 - $80,794 per year and generous salary packaging options to increase your take‑home pay.
- 5 weeks annual leave plus 17.5% leave loading.
