The Opportunity:
WSP is looking for an Engineering Applications Specialist, Application Delivery to oversee our software deployment services. This role may suit someone currently in a CAD/BIM/Digital Engineering role looking to move to a more IT-based career.
The successful applicant will work alongside the Enterprise Digital Engineering (DE) Services Team to deliver reliable and consistent software to our ANZ region's Digital Engineering staff. You will also collaborate with our software leads, enterprise IT and project teams across ANZ along with our global systems teams representing our ANZ regional environment.
What you will do:

• Support software delivery platforms (SCCM & Intune Application Packaging and Distribution).
• Create software packages and product updates for release in SCCM, Intune or other deployment software.
• Work with our Digital Engineering teams and associated internal business partners to continuously improve the Application Delivery systems.
• Assist with CAD/BIM/Digital Engineering application support.
• Work with internal engineering and quality management stakeholders.
• Communicate with and support end users.
• Liaise with external service providers and software vendors.
• Maintain user accounts and information security.
• Assist in the update of knowledge management systems.
• Other related Digital Engineering application support
• Comply with all role specific SHEQ obligations.

About you:

• MUST have CAD/BIM/Digital Engineering Application Experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High-level understanding of Windows environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Microsoft certifications applicable to the role
• End Point Manager / Intune management experience
• SCCM / Intune Experience
• Application Packaging and Distribution experience
• Active Directory & Azure AD
• High-level Windows PowerShell experience.
• Packaging experience with Autodesk & Bentley Engineering applications
• Understanding of ISO27001 requirements
