What can our construction projects build for you?

The NSW/ACT Business Unit is experiencing rapid growth and with the forecasted infrastructure projects to be delivered in NSW & ACT it’s an exciting time to join a Tier 1 Contracting Company.

With the pipeline of work projected to delivery by the business, applications are now open for experienced and qualified Engineering Managers to provide technical design advice to support local turn-key projects including water, wastewater, power generation and transmission lines including substations.

Ideally from a civil, water or energy background, you will have proven experience in delivering successful large complex sized projects either locally or overseas. You will have worked on the contractor side in a large infrastructure business

You will demonstrate proven success in the engineering management of projects $400M plus. Adept at delivering solutions, you will understand the intricacies and complexities of the design and methodology of multimillion dollar infrastructure projects. Key tasks and outcomes include:

• Timely preparation of design documentation;
• Managing the overall performance of the design team;
• Providing design advice for the project;
• Proactively “champion” innovative design solutions that contribute to design outcomes;
• Timely delivery of design;
• Site design support during the construction phase;
• Interfacing of Environment, quality and safety in the design and constructability process.

Completion of a relevant Institute of Applied Technology - Construction course is highly regarded. Tertiary qualifications in engineering are essential.
