What you’ll do
As our Engineering Manager – Customer and Personalisation, you understand how to engineer Adobe experiences and add value, ensuring technology is continually improved and of the highest quality on a global scale, while providing technical leadership to the program and the development team.
Reporting to the Head of Technology – Customer, you will be responsible for building and leading development teams (both onshore & offshore) that are skilled in the Adobe suite and Flutter mobile development, embedded in cross functional squads, focused on optimising the Adobe stack to drive personalisation of customer experiences across app and web. You are well versed on agile practices, and as a Dev/Ops evangelist you understand how to obtain speed to market without compromising quality and safety.
What you’ll bring
Experience in delivery of Adobe strategies - AEM, Target, Analytics, Experience, Platform (mandatory)
AEM certified, ideally AEM Architect and AEM Dev/Ops Engineer.
Strong background in a technical delivery management capacity, including all aspects of development, execution and delivery.
Demonstrated experience driving adoption of agile ways of working and Dev/Ops practices within a team.
Experience in transitioning services delivered by projects to operations.
An extensive understanding of the Information and Technology industry, as well as technology trends and next practice.
Previous experience managing vendors and working with a variety of supplier / resource models, including matrix, managed services, and multiple suppliers
Adobe experience is essential. You are forward thinking, love to solve challenging problems and innovative. You may be an experienced technology leader or aspiring one, with a passion for coaching, developing and building teams.
