Sales Manager In Hydraulics And Industrial Fluid Power

Force Hydraulics specialises in hydraulic and fluid power. We strongly service the Western Suburbs area with product and service and have a reputation for delivering an all rounded service.  Force hydraulics supports customers in the manufacturing, transport and construction industries. We supply PTO's, industrial hose and fittings, control valves, pumps and fluids. 

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Salesperson with excellent communication skills. To be successful in this role, you'll need to be self motivated and work well in a team environment. Ideally, we are looking for a salesperson with experience in the hydraulics industry.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Generating new business leads and current customer database
• Providing excellent customer service
• Responding to customer enquires and following up on quotations
• Build relationships with suppliers to maximise gross margins
• Successfully meeting sales targets and KPIs
• Support the team with technical information
• Work with the team to achieve company goals 

Qualifications and requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience preferably with Hydraulics and Industrial sales
• Great communication and strong negotiation skills
• Someone with a great personality who has a positive attitude and can adopt to a variety of personalities
• A self motivated person with a willingness to learn
• Able to multitask and prioritise
• Excellent computer skills which includes Excel, Outlook and data entry

Your salary will be based on experience and you will be rewarded for reaching sales targets.
