About the Opportunity
As Engineering Manager, you can demonstrate your leadership and management skills, as you guide your team of Engineers and Drafters to solve complex problems and deliver results on a diverse range of projects for our major national and international oil and gas clients.
Joining the Operations Department, you will be working on a mix of brownfield and greenfield projects in the areas of offshore and onshore infrastructure, drilling rig/platform design and modifications, specialised equipment design and field developments.

About You
- B. Eng. in a Civil, Structural or Mechanical.
- 5+ years managing and developing engineering teams.
- Proven track record in providing engineering technical leadership and 'hands on' team and resourcing management, project management, proposal development, plus building capability in the business to meet current and future demands.
- Being well versed with current offshore codes and specifications, including DNV, API, ISO, and AISC is preferred.
- Proficient with SPACE GASS or equivalent structural engineering software.
- Working knowledge of SACS, Strand 7 or equivalent software is also desirable.
